Our hardware has 13th communication and some europe old cars supports ,but for some current cars it does not supports .

1. PP2000 and lexia software only be installed inXP system 32 bit.Diagbox software only be installed in win7 system 32 bit.

2. Pls don't install lexia and pp2000 software together with Diagbox software in one pc.Diagbox software has included pp2000 and lexia software, Diagbox need be installed in one laptop individually.

3. When installing software, pleaseclose your anti-virus software and firewall.

otherwise the software willbe damaged.

4.please cut the file "C:AWRoot\bin\fi\APPDIAG.SYS" out before update, and then click update package! After complete update please paste the cutted file back into the previous folder which can avoid activating problem.
