1)The 4K refers to the HDMI inputs signal only.It supports up to 4K 30Hz input and 1080P 60Hz output.
2)Pls use qualified HDMI cable with all 19 pines wired and shielded to pair the source and display.
Most sync issues are caused by poor cables.
3)It supports PCM 2CH stereo audio only either from Aux or the Digital toslink port.And under some cases,
when the input is 4K 30Hz, there might be no audio. Pls set the resolutions to 1080P.
