Screw adhesive, also known as screw fixer or anaerobic adhesive, cures only in the absence of oxygen and is a type of glue used to reinforce the gap between bolts and nuts and prevent screws from loosening in industry.

Physical properties include:

1. Prevents screws, bolts, draws, nuts, etc. from loosening;

2. It can be used as an antirust coating for screws to prevent some of them from corrosion and rust;

3. It can resist vibration and shock, and is easy to use without special techniques and tools;

4. It is in liquid form, applicable to screws of various shapes, not affected by design changes;

5. It can reduce the loss of defective parts and machines due to loosening and improve the reliability of machines and parts;

6. Liquid permeability is good, can be soaked to the bottom of the screws, completely prevent loosening and the bottom of the screws leaking;

7. It has a strong “anti-loosening” effect and can make loosening easy;

8. It will not erode plastics, painted surfaces, etc., so it can be used with peace of mind.

The method of use is as follows:

1. Remove water, grease and other dirt from the bottom of the screw;

2. Simply apply it with a brush, or apply it on the head of screws that have been locked because of its good permeability;

3. After application, do not touch the applied part unfixed (about two hours);

4. When removing, only need to use about 15%-30% more force than when locking, can be easily removed.

Caution:

Please use a container that prevents evaporation to keep it sealed, and do not place it in a particularly hot or cold place;

It is flammable and should be placed in a safe place, avoiding the place where there is moisture.
