Q1: How do I know if my printer is encrypted?

Method 1: Ask your printer vendor for encryption.

Method 2: No ink cartridge is installed, there is no ink inside to print, turn on the printer to print, if the counter number changes, it proves that there is no encryption.

Q2: What if you receive an ink cartridge from us that cannot be used due to your printer encryption?

Gently scrape the chip from the old cartridge with a blade and stick it to our cartridge

Please confirm that the machine is not encrypted before purchasing.  If your old cartridge chip code has an expiration date and the old chip cannot be used, we also do not take any responsibility
