If you encounter problems when testing, please review the following steps, it will help you solve problem.

1. Wipe the gold fingers of the memory and the metal contacts on the back of the processor with an alcohol cotton ball (to rule out oxidization causing unrecognized problems).

2. Please check the power supply cable is installed well on the motherboard, you need to install both 24 pin and 8 pin on the motherboard. the power pin is black color, pls make sure that you connect correctly.

3. Please make sure that the power supply, video card and other accessories you use to test the product are working properly.

4. Please make sure the cable is installed well between the VGA/HDMI port and monitor.
