The SA6 is a high-performance, portable spectrum analyzer and signal source for field testing,
base station maintenance, RF environmental analysis, and wireless device debugging. Key
benefits include:
1. Wide frequency range, support a variety of wireless technologies
35MHz~6.2GHz coverage for Wi-Fi, 2G/3G/4G/LTE, CDMA, GSM, DCS, GLONASS and other mainstream wireless signal analysis.
Meet test needs from low-frequency RF such as VHF/UHF to high-frequency 5G/Wi-Fi 6E (6GHz).
2. Portable and lightweight, suitable for on-site operations
Weighing only 380g and measuring 150×75×23mm, it can be held in one hand for outdoor or high-altitude work (such as base station antenna debugging).
5-8 hours of battery life (depending on usage mode) and USB power supply for long hours of field work.
3. High dynamic range and measurement accuracy
The dynamic range of 70~75dB (preferably in the lower frequency band) ensures accurate detection of weak signals in complex RF environments.± 2dB amplitude accuracy (dynamic range) for most engineering-grade measurement needs.
4. Fast scanning, real-time analysis
700MHz/sec sweep speed (>100MHz span) and 100MHz sweep in just <0.25 seconds, making it suitable for quick troubleshooting of interference or spectrum monitoring.
500 data points/scan for high-resolution spectral display.
5. Integrated trace generator to support device testing
Built-in tracking generator (-15~-25dBm output) can measure the frequency response of filters, amplifiers and other devices.
With an external directional coupler, it can measure SWR (standing wave ratio) and return loss, making it suitable for antenna matching and debugging.
6. High sensitivity and low noise floor
The noise floor is as low as -90dBm (≤3GHz), and even weak signals can be clearly detected.
The high-band (6.2GHz) noise is still better than -80dBm, ensuring wide-band availability.
7. Flexible control and data transmission
3.2-inch touch screen physical buttons, intuitive and convenient on-site operation.
USB connection to a PC for real-time data transfer and support software in-depth analysis (e.g., spectrum recording, export reports).
8. High input tolerance and protection
The maximum input is 10dBm (conventional measurement), and it can withstand 20dBm when the attenuator is turned on to prevent overload damage.
Supports 25V DC input protection to avoid accidental voltage shocks.
9. Low-cost and efficient solutions
Compared with benchtop spectrometers, SA6 has the advantages of light weight, low power consumption, and high cost performance, making it an ideal choice for maintenance engineers and radio enthusiasts.
Summary of applicable scenarios:
✅ Base Station Maintenance (Antenna Installation, Signal Optimization)
✅ RF Interference Troubleshooting (Wi-Fi/Cellular Network Analysis)
✅ Filter/amplifier debugging (frequency response test)
✅ Amateur Radio & Educational Experiments (SWR Measurements, Spectrum Observations)

Operating frequency: 9KHz-3GHz;
Joint: SMA female
How to use the near-field probe:
Main equipment: spectrum analyzer or receiver, preamplifier, near-field probe
(1) Set the frequency range and bandwidth of the spectrum analyzer (set a high frequency span to understand the overall radiation of the DUT), and input the correction factor of the preamplifier on the spectrum analyzer.
(2) Choose the appropriate near-field probe, taking our commonly used annular magnetic field probe as an example, the larger the size of the annular probe, the higher the sensitivity, the larger the test area, and the lower the resolution. The more recommended method is to choose a set of probes of multiple sizes, use larger probes in large-scale testing, find the suspected area, and then gradually reduce the probe size to locate the source of interference.
(3) To locate the interference source, it is necessary to compare the test results of the device under test with the test results of the reference device to predict whether the device under test passes the conformance test
